Local knowledge, documented.
We know which access roads wash out, which put ins are tight and where the river runs you long. That goes in your handoff record, every time.

Common questions
Questions, answered plainly.
What does FlyGuys move?
FlyGuys relocates your vehicle and trailer between river access points while you float. We document every shuttle with photos, checklists and time stamps.
What vehicles and trailers do you handle?
Common river day setups, including:
- Pickup trucks and SUVs
- Drift boat trailers
- Raft trailers
- Small utility trailers for river gear
When you book, include your vehicle make, model, colour and plate, the trailer type and dimensions, and any access notes. If a setup is unusual or oversized, add notes so we can confirm fit before pickup.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We stop and document it. We create an incident report, take photos and record time stamps, contact you as soon as practical and work through next steps calmly.
Insurance and responsibility
We take documentation seriously because it supports clear reporting and insurance processes. Coverage and responsibility depend on the facts of the incident and any applicable policy terms. This is not legal advice and does not replace reviewing the FlyGuys Terms or your own insurance.
Do you move valuables inside the vehicle?
No. Secure your gear and remove valuables before your shuttle. We relocate the vehicle and trailer. We do not inventory personal items.
Safe hands on your vehicle.
Every shuttle is documented, tracked and operated by insured local drivers.
✓ Licensed and insured shuttle operators under a commercial ICBC garage policy.

✓ A time-stamped record from booking to the moment your keys are returned.
✓ Drop off confirmation sent the moment your rig is parked at the take out.
✓ Local drivers who know the Elk Valley roads, access points and conditions.
Ready for your next river day?
