When should I book my shuttle?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we accept same-day bookings up to 10:00 AM for most rivers.

How do I leave my keys?

During booking, you’ll specify a secure key location (e.g. gas cap, receiver hitch, front left tire) or use a designated lockbox. Your driver follows that exact instruction.

Is my vehicle insured?

Yes. We carry a comprehensive commercial general liability policy. In the unlikely event of an incident during a shuttle, we work directly with our insurer to resolve it.

What if my plans change?

You may cancel for a full refund up to 12 hours before your scheduled launch time. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.

Do you shuttle trailers?

Yes. Trailer shuttles are available as an add-on. Let us know your trailer details during booking.

Can I bring my dog?

Your dog comes with you on the river! Our drivers only move your vehicle, not passengers or pets.
